With over two decades of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner, I am dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care to individuals and families. My healthcare journey began with a desire to positively impact lives, and this passion continues to drive me. Throughout my 22-year career, I’ve worked in various clinical settings, caring for patients of all ages and backgrounds. This diverse experience has given me a deep understanding of healthcare delivery and the unique needs of each patient.
I am committed to patient-centered care, focusing on building trusting relationships and empowering patients to participate in their health journey. By listening attentively, providing education, and collaborating on treatment plans, I strive to ensure personalized care for each patient.
Outside of work, I cherish time with my family as a devoted wife and mother of two. We enjoy outdoor adventures, gym workouts, and quality time at home. Boating is a favorite way for me to unwind and connect with nature. I also value time with friends, sharing laughter, good food, and meaningful conversations.

My name is Carli and l've been a RN since 2014. I always knew my heart belonged in pediatrics. I spent 8 years at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital specializing in Pediatric Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant. Pediatric oncology will always hold a special place in my heart, but I am so excited to start this new chapter working alongside Cyndy. I'm also very passionate about health promotion and providing my patients with the tools & education to become their best selves.
I was born and raised in Florida. I'm married to a wonderful man and we have two children together, so all of my free time is spent making memories with my sweet family.
Siena kelley
Front office/medical assistant
Siena Kelley joined the team with a background in community engagement and healthcare support, previously serving in outreach for Sarasota Memorial Hospital’s First 1,000 Days initiative. She is currently pursuing her goal of becoming a nurse to further her education and expand her ability to help others. Outside of work and school, Siena stays active with beach volleyball and boxing, time outdoors, good food, music, and making memories with her loved ones.
